A mouthwatering fusion of East meets West, the Terimayo Smokie brings together the bold flavour of Winkler Meats' Asian Style Smokie with classic Japanese-inspired toppings. Perfect for summer grilling or a quick weeknight treat!

Ingredients

  • Winkler Meats Asian Style Smokies

  • Hot dog buns (preferably toasted)

  • Japanese-style mayonnaise (like Kewpie)

  • Teriyaki sauce

  • Crispy fried onions

  • Sliced green onions (optional)

  • Nori (seaweed) strips (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Grill the Smokies
    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill Winkler Meats Asian Style Smokies for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and nicely charred.

  2. Toast the Buns
    Lightly toast your hot dog buns on the grill for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
