- 2 sticks Winkler’s Farmer Sausage, cut into ½ pieces
- 2T BrownSugar
- 2T Cornstarch
- ¼ c. Vinegar
- 1 c. Pineapple Juice
- 1T Soya Sauce
- 2 Cups Cold Water
- Fry sausage lightly on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cornstarch.
- Stir in vinegar, cold water, pineapple juice and soya sauce.
- Pour sauce over the sausage and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
